Our refund and returns policy is as below.
Refunds
- No refund for no show, early departure or late arrival.
- Check-in time 14.00h, check-out time 10.30h
Cancellations
Cancellation less than 72 hours prior to arrival date will be subject a charge.
Kindly note that the booking are only confirmed after receiving the deposit, if no deposit is
made, this booking is automatically cancelled after 14 days.
Children
– Children younger than 2 can stay with the parents sharing;
– between 2 and 12 years are subject to 50% changes and
– older than 12 years pay as adults.
